Me: Hi Gia, I need help with the paper work ... for Boca Fertility.

Gia: OK, I'm traveling home today from California ... do you want do it tomorrow?

Me: We can do it on the phone (tomorrow, from 11:30 to 1:00 PM) or Wednesday (same time) or I will have to go to you  Friday, which is the only day I don't work. 

Gia: Ok, call me at 11:30

Me: Okay, thanks
